Biblio: Head of Information Technology The Open University of Hong Kong Ir. Dr. Simon K.S. Cheung received his BSc and PhD in Computer Science from CityU, and Master of Public Admin from HKU. He is a Chartered Engineer, Chartered Scientist, Fellow of the British Computer Society, Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, and Fellow of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. He has been working in University IT services for over 20 years, and is currently the Head of IT in OUHK. Prior to this, he was the Director of IT Services in HKU SPACE. He authored 80 journal articles, book chapters and conference papers on software engineering and IT in education. Dr. Cheung is listed in the Who's Who in Science and Engineering.
