Dr. Fatien Diochon’s research concentrates on leadership development, with a focus on executive coaching, power, and critical management education. She founded an executive coaching program in University of Lyon Management School, France, and has been publishing book chapters on coaching and articles in such Journals as Gérer et Comprendre, Management et Avenir, Gestion 2000, Humanisme et Entreprise. She recently co-authored a book on coaching “Le coaching dans les organizations.” She is an active member of the Academy of Management, recently was on the board of the Critical Management Studies Division; she is also member and chair of the research committee of the Graduate School Alliance of Executive Coaching Place of Activity: Atherton, Calif.
