Biblio: Dr. Marcus M. Dapp promovierte an der Eidgenössischen Technischen Hochschule (ETH) in Zürich zum Einfluss von Softwarepatenten auf Open Source Software Innovation. Er ist fasziniert vom Potential vernetzter digitaler Gemeinschaften zu innovieren (Co-Innovation/-Production), der Idee mit digitalen Gütern nachhaltig umzugehen (Digitale Nachhaltigkeit; gleichnamige Vorlesung an der ETH Zürich) und der Möglichkeit Systeme durch Dezentralisierung resilienter zu machen. Seit Oktober 2015 bei fortiss, leitet er das Kompetenzfeld Open Information Management, welches sich mit der soziotechnischen Gestaltung von offenen Informationssystemen beschäftigt, z.B. der Frage wie durch Open Data und Open Source -- und neuerdings die Blockchain -- Kollaborative Innovationsprozesse (Open Innovation) gestaltet werden können. Ebenso ist er für das Anwendungsfeld Public verantwortlich und betreut fortiss' Forschungspartner und Kunden aus dem öffentlichen Bereich in Bayern und Deutschland.
