    Christian Catalini is a co-creator of Diem (formerly Libra), the Chief Economist of the Diem Association, and the Theodore T. Miller Professor at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Catalini is known for his research on the economics of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology, and for the economical design of Diem.
