    Andrew Stephen Burrows, Lord Burrows, PC, FBA (born 17 April 1957) is a Justice of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom, Professor of the Law of England and senior research fellow at All Souls College, Oxford. His work centres on private law. He is the main editor of the compendium English Private Law and the convenor of the advisory group that produced A Restatement of the English Law of Unjust Enrichment as well as textbooks on English contract law. He was appointed to the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom on 2 June 2020; he was the first Supreme Court judge to be appointed directly from academia. (Source: DBPedia)
