  • Monica Prasad is an American sociologist, and has won several awards for her books on economic and political sociology. Prasad is Professor of Sociology at Northwestern University and a 2015 Guggenheim fellow. Her research interests are in the areas of economic sociology, political sociology and comparative historical sociology.
