Christopher Thomas Southgate Ragan (born August 7, 1962) is a Canadian academic and economist. has published extensive research on macroeconomics and monetary policy. Ragan is the inaugural director of McGill University's Max Bell School of Public Policy, where he also teaches core macroeconomic and microeconomic policy courses.
